Questions, answered plainly
Which pillow is "the Beckham pillow"?
The two-pack bed pillow: a down-alternative fill in a smooth cover, sold in Standard/Queen and King. It is the piece the brand is known for, and the first card on the pillows page. The memory foam and throw pillows are separate designs around it.
Are the pillows machine washable?
The care instruction across the pillow line is machine wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, and the guides cover how to dry a pillow properly, because a pillow that comes out clumped was dried too fast, not washed wrong. For allergy control the AAFA recommends hot washes for the layers nearest you, which is what the protectors are for.
What does Standard/Queen mean?
One pillow cut to fit both cases: longer than a Standard, the same height. If your cases are King size, buy King. The pillow guide has the inches for every size in the range.
What is the difference between a mattress pad and a protector?
A protector is a thin fitted barrier that guards the mattress against spills and wear. A pad adds a quilted comfort layer on top, and the hybrid pieces in this range do both jobs in one. The protection guide sets out which does what and when you want each.
What do the comforter series numbers mean?
They are the brand's own line names for fill weight and shell: the higher series carry more fill for colder rooms. The comforter cards here translate each one into plain warmth terms, and the fill guide compares them side by side.
Why do different sizes of one design show the same rating?
Because buyer reviews are pooled per design: every size of one pillow feeds the same rating. It belongs to the design rather than the individual size, so we show it once and say so instead of multiplying it across variations.
Some products show no price. Why?
That piece is temporarily unavailable to order. We keep it in the catalogue, because these come back, and show no price rather than an out-of-date one.
How do I order?
The button on a product page takes you to checkout with our retail partner, where payment, delivery, returns and customer service are handled. We keep the catalogue, the specifications and the guides.
