Corrections are the most useful mail we get. If a size, price, piece count or claim here is wrong, say which page and what it should read. We check it and fix it.

What we can help with

• Choosing between sizes, fills or weaves for a specific bed and sleeper.
• Anything on the reference pages, including where a number came from.
• Corrections and factual errors.

What we cannot help with

• Orders, deliveries, returns and refunds: those are handled at checkout by our retail partner.
• Warranty claims against the manufacturer.
